Google Calendar gives Brink your meeting context — titles, times, and attendees — which powers meeting and call briefs. Who can connect: any member personally; admins can also bind calendars at the project level.

Connect Google Calendar

1

Connect

From Profile → My integrations (personal) or the Integrations page, click Connect on Google Calendar.
2

Authorize with Google

Approve read-only calendar access (calendar.readonly).
3

Bind calendars

Your primary calendar is the default; bind additional calendars to projects as needed.

What gets synced

Calendar events — titles, start/end times, and attendees — starting 30 days back, then kept in sync continuously.

Privacy

Calendars are treated as private providers, with the same protections as mail: a personally connected calendar is visible only to you, and Brink never defaults calendar data to organization-wide visibility.
