# Dropbox

> Sync shared folders and files from Dropbox

Dropbox feeds shared folders into Brink's Document Center. It can be connected organization-wide by an admin or personally by any member.

**Who can connect:** any member personally; owners and admins for organization connections.

## Connect Dropbox

    * **Organization:** **Integrations** page → **Dropbox** card → **Connect Dropbox** (admin only).
    * **Personal:** **Profile → My integrations** → **Connect** on Dropbox.

    On the **Projects** page, bind a Dropbox folder to each project. The picker offers your Dropbox root first, then top-level folders — binding the root covers everything even if folders get reorganized.

## What gets synced

All files in the bound folder and subfolders flow into the Document Center — versioned, parsed (with OCR for scans), and made searchable with page-level citations. Dropbox's change feed carries deletions too, so removed files are marked deleted in Brink.

## Notes

* Dropbox syncs on the regular polling cadence (roughly every 15 minutes).
* Disconnecting revokes Brink's access with Dropbox.
